Move an off screen window without the mouse

This gets me everytime… windows which end up irretrievably off screen when switching from a dual monitor system to a single, smaller desktop. So -To Resize or Move a window using keyboard shortcuts only:
- Press Alt-Space
- Press the S key – To Resize
- Press the M key – To Move
You can now use the arrow keys to resize or move the window
